Storefront for Community Design

Program Director 2013—2016

I spent two years as Program Director at Storefront for Community Design in Richmond. In addition to managing multiple community projects around the city, I designed and oversaw the production of annual reports, our website, collateral for a national conference, murals, and façade improvements. I also assisted in the development of the curriculum for the Middle of Broad Studio, an interdisciplinary service learning course offered through VCUarts.

Selected Projects:

Pop-Up RVA piloted pop-up retail in downtown Richmond, and resulted in an actionable plan to create a streamlined zoning and permitting process.
